2023 is in our rearview mirror and it's only up from here in 2024!  Most economists will agree that the low point we've been watching for in this market has already come and gone.  Rates are creeping down and inventory is slowly rising up as we head into the spring market.  This will make for quite a competitive playing field.  I don't think we will see a huge surge in the market this year, but we can all appreciate the steadiness 2024 will bring.  I know many are interested in how the market will handle Summer sales as the election draws near.  For now, the Gainesville market and surrounding areas are thriving and warming up in preparation for Spring.
