Dani Burns (she pronounces her name like “Dana”) moved to Lake Lanier in 2006 with two adorable little boys. She was raised in Blue Ridge, Georgia and attended North Georgia College and State University. When you meet Dani, you will be drawn to her positive energy, ability to listen, and market knowledge. As a “people” person and business-savvy professional, her clients will tell you that she is well-suited to work with people to help them make informed decisions about their most important purchases, their homes.
Dani decided to get into real estate after spending a summer working at an attorney’s office. She felt like it was the ideal job for her personality and skill set. She loves interacting with people, seeing new scenery (especially great homes), and negotiating the best deal for her clients. Because she is a very good listener, she has enjoyed great success finding the right home for her clients and has been a multi-million dollar producer. Dani joined The Good Life Group at Keller Williams Lanier Partners in 2010, which she enjoyed being a part of for many years. Before she joined The Good Life Group, she had eight years of experience selling real estate and three years as a licensed broker. She owned her own firm, Investors Realty of Georgia, and it shows in the level of professionalism and dedication she brings to the job. Dani is a certified luxury agent through the Institute for Luxury Marketing.
Not surprisingly, Dani’s favorite pass-time is playing with her boys. She loves being a mom and has proudly served as president of the Mount Vernon Elementary School PTSA. She and her husband Mark like to hike, travel, and entertain. On warm days, you will find her enjoying lake living, skiing, tubing, floating around and grilling out with family and friends. They are active members of an awesome church and very active in the community. Dani is well-versed in all categories of Lake Lanier property, but she is particularly skilled when it comes to investments, trades, and luxury homes. She is easy to talk to, positive, and a tough negotiator. If this sounds like what you’re looking for in a lake agent, please contact Dani at 706-455-3076 or email her at [email protected].
