As you know, spring has traditionally been a wonderful time to sell your home. This spring is no different. However, for the first time in a couple of years we are seeing inventory rise in certain price ranges. In our market, luxury priced homes ($750K+) have over 2 months of supply. Days on the market are rising in this price range too. From $500K-$750K we have around 1 month of supply, and from $250K-499K we have around 15 days of supply. Rising rates will continue to slow things down a bit and create a leveling-out of prices over the next year or more.
