We ended 2023 on a high note, and we will ride that wave into Q1 of 2024. In my opinion, with a drop in interest rates and pent-up buyer demand still high, we are set for a great 2024. On a local level - North Georgia continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Due to our climate, southern hospitality, employment opportunities, and affordable standard of living, I don't see the popularity of the NGA mountains changing anytime soon. With that said, days on the market are up. However, so are the median and average sales prices. It may take longer to sell your home than it did 2 years ago, but the value is still there. This is great news for buyers and sellers alike!
